RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not happy with any garment (s) you purchase from Designer4less, please return your item (s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE:
It is very important that we know exactly why any item is being sent back to us. Therefore, please ensure that you enclose a brief note explaining why you are returning the item(s) together with proof of purchase.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office as we cannot refund or exchange anything that does not arrive. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges, although we aim to process sooner wherever possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
COMPLAINTS:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal! We hope you never have reason to complain but if for any reason you have a complaint regarding your order please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner and we endeavor to respond to any complaint within 2 working days. We will indicate the likely timescale to resolve your complaint; in most cases we will have a solution instantly, but certainly within days.
